Resolved Question: easton, st michaels, oxford and eastern shore of Maryland - what do you do for fun?

I am moving to Easton and I am used to a bigger city like DC or Baltimore. I have heard many great things about Easton and St. Michaels and surrounding areas, I visited it and loved it because it's beautiful. I wanted to know what people do for fun out there. I will be going to DC or Philly or Baltimore once a week but on day to day basis is there night life? We're a young married couple. Movies, Shopping malls? anything interesting to do around there? How about Salisbury would that be far to just hang out at a mall? Annapolis has a good mall I heard, is that too much of a drive? We don't mind driving half hour or 45 minutes one way....
