Resolved Question: Phlebotomy Jobs near Annapolis Maryland that i can get without a lot of experience?

I recieved my phlebotomy certificate10/2010 and i have been actively looking for a job as a phlebotomist but every place i have either looked at or applied has said " 1yr or more experience required" I have tried looking for places i can volunteer and i haven't come across anything like that either. Does any one have any suggestions how i can finally get a job as a phlebotomist? If not a job a place where i can get more experience like a place to volunteer or something! Please Help! I do have about 3 months exprience from my internship at UMBC but thats about it! I have tryed the American Red Cross, Lab corp, Quest etc. but still no luck! Thank You for all your help!!...
