Resolved Question: how do i tell my parents I don't want to go to college?

I have told my parents a lie about wanting to go to the Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. The only reason i have done so is because they expect me to go to college to get a good career and i told them i wanted a career in the Marine Corps and I do want that. I do not want to go to school for four more years and i plan on enlisting when i turn 18 i just want to tell them now so that they will have more time to understand my reasons for it they are almost fine with the Marine corps they want me to be an officer first though...
